Product studio of Axon Analytics. Shipped four products to market in five months across consumer and enterprise, and killed the one that did not work.
- Kloone · AI agent harness and marketplace for non-technical people. Turns AI agents into digital assistants with an avatar and a description, so people can pick the agents they actually want. Built by builders for non-technical people, on the thesis that everyone will have their own agent, or team of agents, for daily and work activities.
- Panita · WhatsApp-native personal finance agent built to help young adults budget in an interactive, fun way, with real-time analytics for a small price. Paused for now for lack of product-market fit; continues inside the Kloone platform.
- Axon Quiniela · World Cup 2026 prediction platform. 180 paying participants and $4.3K revenue in a single tournament cycle, then sunset deliberately at season close. Built and distributed in 8 days.
- Reef · The lab's first product: a campus platform for ambitious students and builders to build in public and collaborate on difficult problems. Thesis: the future belongs to those who build.
- Campus Parking · Live parking availability by permit type for SMU students. In build.
Guatemala City
Advanced analytics function of Guatemala's second-largest bank, the third-largest in Central America. 50 hrs/week.
- Built predictive ML and time-series forecasting models (XGBoost, scikit-learn) on commercial banking data, modeling credit-risk and default patterns on the lending portfolio.
- Built Tableau and Power BI dashboards that made model output readable for cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Presented the bank's 2026 digitalization roadmap to C-suite leadership and investors, shaping capital allocation toward automation.
Guatemala City

- Rotated across four business units executing 360-degree campaigns for Pizza Hut, 7UP and Adrenaline Rush, producing 500+ assets in three months.
